The Heavy Duty and Super Heavy Duty Bariatric Wheelchairs have a unique design, perfect for the heavier or larger user. These wheelchairs are constructed with reinforced steel to withstand the recommended user weight and provide a comfortable ride every time. The wheels are a great feature on these Bariatric Wheelchairs making it stand out from the rest with stylish black moulded composite mags.

Not only are these a self propelled wheelchair, they are also a transit chair. Their removable foot plates swing up and down for easier access to the seat. This also makes transitioning in and out of the chair safer.

The heavy duty wheelchair range come in 3 different seat widths – 20″, 22″ and 24″ with max user weights between 136kg too 204kg. The Super Heavy Duty Wheelchairs have two different size options – Seat widths of 26″ or 28″ with a max user weight of 318kg for both. See Specifications tab below for more information.
