The iGo Folding Power Wheelchair comes complete with an easy-to-use VR2 controller that allows the user to easily manouver the chair around in all directions. The Power Wheelchair runs off two 6.6. The Pride IGo is very easy to use & manoeuvre. It’s lightweight, quite comfortable, compact & fits through most shopping aisles except those with boxes all over the floor or with very narrow corners. A great feature is the two batteries which can be swapped when the one in use is flat as the spare is kept in the opposite armrest of the chair. It pivots easily on it’s own axis & zips along smoothly at whatever speed you choose. The only small annoyance is when folded the armrests don’t have a clip to secure them in the folded position and the controller rubs against the wheel which can activate the control without you realising. This is something that needs to be checked each time. It fits in a small car boot which is an added bonus. This chair is an excellent buy, fun to use & easy to store.
