Package FundingThe Shear Comfort DiabPro is short for Diabetic Protection – Professional protection for feet. This design has a narrower sole width than other styles by Shear Comfort footwear and a posted support at the heel.
This pressure boot offers the same pressure redistribution and skin protection qualities as all Shear Comfort footwear, combined with a slimline design that makes it perfect for everyday use. It has been designed for active users who use the boots when walking around the house or outside, making it suitable for diabetic people.
The narrower sole and reduced bulk gives the boot a sleek look. The Two Velcro straps across the middle of the foot fasten the boot securely across the top and can be adjusted to accommodate swelling.
The Seams have been placed on the exterior for skin protection and softness, and the sole can be built up with a rocker pad if required to assist in adjusting the gait pattern.
Made with natural properties of fabric-backed medical sheepskin wool, unique to Shear Comfort, ensures that comfort and protection is provided to the foot as well as accommodating to all foot shapes. It also features a ridged, non-slip rubber sole for added stability when walking.
The moisture dissipation qualities of the wool ensure any perspiration is effectively wicked away from the skin protecting delicate skin from friction.
All Shear Comfort products are machine washable and are guaranteed against deterioration for up to 50 washes. Available in sizes XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL right through to XXL.
Please note: As these are hand made sometimes there is a small dispatch delay of 1-2 weeks as they need to be made up.
