Was delivered very quickly. I'm in a wheelchair and some arthritis in my hands but i managed to put it together myself. was easier to go by picture than instructions and took me awhile but for a 75year old female I was surprised I could get it done without help. I did set it too high but when my 11 yrs. old grandson visited, he tipped it upside down and changed the height for me.Love the fact the wheels make it so easy to move around. Would absolutely recommend this company.

Excellent product….vastly better design than my previous o.t. Sellected……only problem was that I had to assemble it .As I am a paraplegic that was impossible .So I had to get a tradesman and it cost me an extra 178 dollars…….not good. Giovanna

I gave this product a 4 star, because the bowl has a few issues.
The lid fits into a grouve, so does wee and poo, making it harder to clean.
I also would like the pan to have a male like extension so as the patient lowers onto the commode they actually pee into the extension part and not the floor.
I had a very minor issue with one wheel locking and not turning, but a little oil sorted that.
Would I get another, yes.
Looking for another bowl though.
