I gave this product a 4 star, because the bowl has a few issues. The lid fits into a grouve, so does wee and poo, making it harder to clean. I also would like the pan to have a male like extension so as the patient lowers onto the commode they actually pee into the extension part and not the floor. I had a very minor issue with one wheel locking and not turning, but a little oil sorted that. Would I get another, yes. Looking for another bowl though.
