PE Care Forearm Crutches also known as elbow crutches are an alternative to underarm crutches. Although there is some medical advantages and disadvantages, primarily it is to do with comfort and the level of support needed by the user. The hand grips are fixed on elbow crutches but the elbow cuff and the height are both adjustable. Available in 3 sizes there is sure to be a size to suit most adults.
The PE Care Forearm Crutches have been made for those who need general support after post surgery. They are a great option if you are rehabilitating or simply need to relieve the pressure on a twisted or sore leg or foot. Whilst people do use them singularly, we suggest you use them as pair for full support. This will decrease the chance of twisting or straining another part of the body through unnatural movements.
The forearm cuffs on this style of crutch are adjustable to help avoid contact the elbow when you are using it.. This is also important as you need to be able to bend your elbow to use the crutches properly. This has to be taken into consideration when measuring the height of the cuff and crutch when making your selection. Available in 3 adjustable sizes, the forearm crutch range has a selection to suit people from 137cms to 198cms.
The PE Care Forearm Crutches are made out of light weight aluminium. They are also quite compact compared to the longer underarm crutches. This can make them a little easier to store and transport when you need to.
They are quick and easy to adjust with the push button system. You can also purchase replacement crutch tips should your tips become worn away and dented over time. It is important to ensure that your crutch tips are in good ship as they can impair the integrity of the crutch and how much support they will provide.

Very happy with the service, except we have an extra pair that was sent incorrectly, tried two post offices with your return label and both will not accept as over 105 cm length. Thankyou
