The iCare Over Bed Pole has been designed to assist people who have difficulty getting in and out of bed. Its heavy duty steel frame consists of a vertical pole that is mounted to its H frame base and extends upwards, with a horizontal bar that extends over the bed with a strong plastic hanging bar. The over bed bar can be used to help the user sit up, stand up, or reposition themselves in bed.
The above head handle is completely height adjustable to suit most users and has a non slip cradle for added safety when using.
The iCare Over Bed Pole is often used in hospitals and nursing homes, but can also be useful for individuals who require assistance at home. It can be particularly helpful for people with mobility or balance issues, as well as those recovering from surgery or an injury.
