The iCare Full Length Bed Rail drop down is a safety accessory designed to help prevent falls from a bed and fits any of the iCare Homecare Bed range. It is typically used for people who have mobility issues or who are at risk of falling out of bed. The bed rail can be attached to the side of a bed, and the drop-down feature allows the rail to be easily lowered for entry and exit from the bed and features an easy Slip-on attach system. Measuring 138.5cm long by 49.5cm high.

Full length fold down rails available on the left and right-hand side, with a recommendation of four rails for maximum safety. Available in a charcoal colour.
