The PE Care Small T-handle Walking Stick is made for smaller hands, after all not everyone has the same sized hands. The larger t-handle can sometimes be too big for certain people. It is adjustable in length and has a varnished wooden T-handle. The pole is made of aluminium making this walking stick strong and super lightweight.

The PE Care Small T-handle Walking Stick is fully adjustable and can be used by people of most heights. The adjustments are in 1 inch / 2.5cm increments. Larger handles can put undue strain on some hands especially when already suffering from arthritis or carpal tunnel. Also with the cane being non-folding it gives it more strength and less flexibility than a folding stick. 

It is very important that canes are adjusted to the length required by the person because this reduces the impact on your wrists, hands and shoulders. To correctly set the height have you arm down straight by your side and your hand pointing at right angles to your body.  The cane should sit just under your palm if it set to the correct position.
