The Gentleman concerned has very little control of his hands. His condition has deteriorated and continues to do so. Presently a member of staff feeds him. This gives rise to a fair amount of anxiety around the table. He has large hands, given the length of the adjustment, whilst he was fully willing to give the device a it did not work out well. Had the adjusting strap been as long again, it could have opened new possibilities, where my Friend could have attained some measure of Independence Regards David
