Made getting out bed a lot easier

After just a left hip total replacement, coming home and trying to get in & out of bed without the aid was almost impossible. The main reason for that was, my right hip also needs replacement and with constant nerve pain in this hip meant it was difficult to slide or lift my body weight across the bed. I now have total control to distribute my body weight. I will be most helpful when the second hip is replaced as well. AE

You are flat on your back, and your balance is absent because your legs are gone. What do you do, either strain your back and your arms or reach out to grab a handle of your overbed pole. Mine is awesome; one flick and I am moving without straining, it is wonderful feeling of being independent..
