Welcome
My name is Joshua Hill, and I am the National Managing Director of Mobility and Wellness Community Connections (MWCC), a proudly Aboriginal-owned enterprise delivering mobility, healthcare, and assistive equipment solutions to individuals, communities, and organisations right across Australia.
I am a proud Wiradjuri man, raised on Awabakal country (Newcastle, NSW), with deep family roots in Dubbo, and now based on Kaurna country (Adelaide, SA). My professional journey has taken me from warehouse operations to serving in the Royal Australian Air Force, where I worked both at home and overseas. That experience instilled in me the values of discipline, teamwork, and service , values I now carry into our work at MWCC.
Following my time in Defence, I returned to community through small business, reconnecting with purpose and people on the ground. This next chapter is both deeply personal and nationally significant, a shared vision between myself and my long-time friend and business partner, Timothy Parker.
Tim and I have been close mates for over a decade, united by a shared passion for community and a drive to create meaningful change. Together, we recognised a critical gap in culturally safe mobility and healthcare equipment services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
What began as a conversation between two mates has since grown into a nationwide enterprise, a company trusted by individuals, families, community organisations, healthcare providers, and government partners. Today, MWCC delivers high-quality equipment and culturally responsive support across the country, from remote regions to metropolitan centres.
Our business is more than just a supplier of equipment, it’s a commitment to community, care, and connection. Every client we serve receives personalised, respectful support that honours their culture, their needs, and their lived experiences.
